We provide, the number of days required to develop a website in our quotation, however, how the days will span is beyond our control due to factors such as reworks, delays in giving content by the client and reviews. Sometime resources needs to alloted to urgent tasks, such as site break-downs, this may cause delays in delivery.
If you have a stiff deadline kindly inform us in advance, based on the resource availability we will do our best to meet the deadline.
At least 75% of data covering the core elements of the website should be provided before the website work begins.
For Ezycrd 100% data is required before starting the work.
100% data should be provided before the work starts in case of stiff deadlines.
The website will only be in a single language i.e. English. If the content is provided in another language we will get it developed. Guidance should be provided to optimize the website as per the keywords for non-English language websites.
The creatives and source code should not be used or copied without the permission of IWT.

Along with the details that you fill in the contact form we collect additional information like Internet Protocol address, Browser & Device Type to prevent abuse of our form by individuals or automated software.
We use the contact details to communicate with you either by phone or email to understand your requirements or explain our products and services in detail. Apart from the "transactional emails", we may send you "promotional emails" for our new products/services or give offers in existing products/services. We may send "awareness emails" such as links to our blogs or update you with the latest happenings in the IT Field. 18% GST will be applied to final cost
50% advance payment for Web Desining, however for Ezycrd 100% payment is required.
40% payment after finalization of the Home Page and Inner Page Layout.
After Completion, the remaining 10% within 5 days after making the website live.
If there is a delay of more than 5 days in getting data from the client or a delay in reviewing the work done, IWT will raise an invoice for the work done till that period.
Any new link/module added apart from the finalized sitemap will be charged extra.
Images are purchased from third-party websites.
The final development cost is decided based on the finalized sitemap and features added to the site.
Shipping charges will apply towards NFC Cards (Ezycrd).
Order can be cancelled at any stage. Based on the cancellation stage the refund amount will be calculated and returned within 30 days.
If any purchases have been made for your project, they are non-refundable. On cancellations those purchases will be handed over to you.
NFC Card for Ezycrd will be delivered within 8-10 days after acceptance of NFC Card design.
If any damage occurs during shipping or non-functioning of NFC, new card will be re-shipped for one-time.
